Tait Waterfront Park is comprised of a 1.4 acre park site located at the north end of No 4 Road and a future 3 acre park site located at the north end of McLennan Avenue. The 1.4 park site is located adjacent to the No 4 Road pump station and includes rolling hills, plant beds, shade trees, an open lawn amphitheatre with stage and seating throughout. There are also paved and gravel pathway connections to the dyke trail. The future 3 acre park site will include a playground, basketball court, skateboarding rails, paved pathways, benches, picnic tables, seasonal plant beds, shade trees, covered outdoor space featuring an artist-designed pavilion and connections to the dyke trail. Due to unforeseen Provincial requirements for the riverfront dike along the park site, park construction has been delayed. Construction is expected to begin in spring of 2021.

NEW: Dogs Off-Leash Area

The site is located northwest of the intersection of River Drive and No. 4 Road, west of the park, along the gravel trail adjacent to the Fraser River.
