Registration Tips
Refunds, Withdrawals & Transfer GuidelinesTo receive a refund, withdraw or transfer from a program or session, customers are to call any Parks, Recreation or Culture facility or the Registration Call Centre at 604-276-4300, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (excluding statutory holidays).
Private/Semi-Private Lessons (Music, Aquatics and Skating), Aquatic Leadership Courses
Short Programs (1 week or less), Camps, Out Trips and Workshops
Pre-registered Single Fitness Sessions
Note: Some programs and sessions may have a no-refund policy for items such as art supplies or special guests. Waitlist InformationThe City of Richmond’s practice is to manage waitlists by phone. Clients are able to update their phone number online through their account or by calling any community facility or the Registration Call Centre at 604-276-4300, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Aquatics InformationSwim Lesson Pre-requisitesChildren and adults must meet the required pre-requisites in order to successfully register into swim levels. View our Aquatics Swim Level Pre-requisites for more details. Are clients able to register for overlapping lesson sets?Clients are not able to register for lesson sets that reserve their spot in multiple lesson sets that overlap days/weeks. While the registration system will allow clients to be registered in the same level for overlapping lesson sets, clients will be contacted by Aquatics staff and withdrawn from lessons so that they are only taking one lesson at a time. Registered VisitsRegistered Visits can be booked dup to one week in advance. To browse Registered Visits, use the Activity Search Tool. How to Cancel your Registered VisitTo cancel registered visits, contact the facility directly. Health & Safety GuidelinesAll facilities and programs will meet strict health and safety guidelines as set out by local and provincial health authorities, and activities may be increased or decreased based on demand and public safety.
