How to Provide Feedback

Feedback can be submitted in 1 of 4 ways. Please be descriptive in your comments and/or concerns. If you are reporting a barrier, make sure to include:

• What was trying to be accessed
• What the barrier was
• Any recommendations you might have to remove and/or prevent the barrier
