Personal Training Options
- 1-on-1 Individual Training: Work one-on-one with a dedicated trainer focused on your goals.
- Group Training: Small group training for 2-3 participants with similar fitness levels and goals, led by one personal trainer.
Personal Training Packages*
- 1 session package – Provides an enhancement to an existing fitness program or serves as a refresher for clients with previous personal training experience; ideal for a quick check-in, technique review or trying out personal training.
- 3 sessions package – Provides opportunity to learn foundational exercises; Ideal for building initial momentum or working on short-term goals.
- 5+ sessions package – Provides technique refinement, goal tracking, and habit building; ideal for ongoing training, accountability, and long-term results.
*For clients new to personal training, we recommend three (3) to ten (10) sessions packages.
Scheduling
Personal training sessions are available during facility hours and can be scheduled at convenient times for all participants.
