Food for Thought this Thanksgiving

Did you know fats come in all shapes and forms? From your cranberry sauce to your gravy, make sure you don’t dispose of these fats down the drain. These materials can block sewer pipes, which can be costly to replace or repair. Place small amounts of fats and grease into your Green Cart or bottle large amounts of cooking oil/grease and bring it to the Richmond Recycling Depot.
