Since the spring of 2018, the City of Richmond has been busy collecting public input on the arts through a series of engagement activities that will inform the new Richmond Arts Strategy that aims to enrich Richmond’s quality of life through broad accessibility and engagement with the arts.
Community Dialogue Session
Monday, November 19, 7:00-9:00pm
KPU’s Wilson School of Design, 5600 Kwantlen Street, Room 4900
You shared and we listened. In the analysis of community feedback to date, the following Strategic Priorities rose to the top:
1. Ensure affordable and accessible arts for all.
2. Promote inclusivity and diversity in the arts.
3. Invest in the arts.
4. Increase awareness and participation in the arts.
5. Activate public spaces through the arts.
Now it's time to continue the conversation. What is your top priority for arts investment? What actions can we take to support these directions? Is there anything missing? For more information about the Richmond Arts Strategy and the upcoming Community Dialogue Session, visit www.howartworks.ca.
This event is for Youth (Ages 13-18), Adult (Ages 18+) & 55+ (Ages 55 and over)
