During the current Canada Post strike action, the City of Richmond reminds residents, businesses and suppliers that a variety of options for payments and applications remain available, including online services and in-person transactions.

Payments options

  • In-person at City Hall: Payments can be made at City Hall (6911 No. 3 Road), Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 5:00pm. Note: cash payments are not accepted at City Hall.
  • Online through myRichmond.
  • In-person at financial institutions and through their websites.

City payments to suppliers

City staff will contact suppliers when a payment is ready and will arrange pickup for those choosing to collect cheques at City Hall.
Note: Photo identification will be required for cheque pick up.

Direct deposit is also available as a secure, convenient and environmentally-friendly option. Suppliers interested in direct deposit can email treasury@richmond.ca to request the Direct Deposit Enrolment Form.
