Snow Angels Program
The Snow Angels Program pairs volunteers with eligible community members who are elderly, ill or have mobility challenges and need help shoveling sidewalks and walkways during heavy snow fall (3 cm or more).

Registration for the 2025/2026 Snow Angel Program closed on December 1, 2025 at 11:59pm.
Due to a high volume of applications and a limited number of volunteers, the program and waitlist are currently FULL.
Residents who did not register during the application period but are still interested may complete the Expression of Interest form. Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee acceptance into the program. Staff will contact you only if a suitable volunteer becomes available.
The Snow Angels Program assists seniors (65+) and residents with physical disabilities or mobility challenges who:- Do not have family available to help with snow removal
- Do not have the means to pay for snow removal service
Note: The Snow Angels Program is volunteer-driven. Snow Angels make every effort to help registered residents, however assistance is not guaranteed. Snow Angels provide snow removal services only, and do not pick-up or deliver medication or groceries.
