Health, Social and Safety Grant
The Health, Social and Safety (HSS) Grant program provides one-time grant funding to community organizations that deliver social services and programs benefiting Richmond residents and advancing the City’s social development priorities. Funding may support either ongoing operations or specific projects that respond to identified community needs.
The annual program encourages collaboration, partnerships and cost-sharing with other funders to maximize impact. Through this program, the City aims to help strengthen community well-being and contribute to a more inclusive, connected and resilient Richmond.
