Richmond’s City Snapshots returns, online, for fourth year

13 June 2022

The City of Richmond’s City Snapshots: Planning for Growth and Development returns for the fourth year, online, to provide a glimpse of a number of City initiatives helping to ensure Richmond is a thriving place to live, work and do business now and for generations to come.

City Snapshots: Planning for Growth and Development is available on LetsTalkRichmond.ca from Monday, June 13 to Sunday, July 3, 2022. It gives an overview of initiatives in four City department sections:

  • Planning and Development
  • Transportation
  • Community Social Development (including Affordable Housing)
  • Sustainability

In each department section, visitors:

  • will discover a variety of topics such as updates on housing and agricultural land policies, transportation improvements, and ongoing efforts to address the climate emergency. Visitors can also view City policies and plans.
  • have an opportunity to submit questions and comments.

All the information provided, and more, helps the City guide ongoing and future development and change in Richmond.

Feedback received will be shared with City Council in the weeks following this project conclusion.
