Minoru Park, the green heart of Richmond’s City Centre, features a huge variety of things to see and do. There are a variety of walking routes throughout the park including quiet, meandering walks around Minoru Lakes with beautiful floral displays and majestic trees. The premier sports facilities host major sporting events from soccer to baseball to track and field.

  • Beautiful annual and perennial floral displays throughout the park, particularly in the Minoru Chapel, Pierrefonds Garden and Lakes area
  • Gateway Theatre is located on the west side of the park near Minoru Chapel.
  • Numerous pathways and trails connect the passive side of Minoru Park to the more athletic, sporting side of the park
  • Richmond Art Gallery, Art Centre and Seniors Centre are all located in the southeast end of the park in the Richmond Cultural Centre, the hub of the Richmond Arts Community.
