Geocaching
Richmond is home to Canada’s first official GeoTour, featuring hidden geocaches located in parks, trails and community spaces throughout the city.
Geocaching is an outdoor treasure-hunt that uses a smartphone or GPS device to help participants find hidden containers, called geocaches, using GPS coordinates and clues. It’s a fun way to explore Richmond parks, discover local history and enjoy outdoor adventure with friends and families.

- Download a GeoTour passport, or pick up a copy from the Richmond Nature Park.
- Use a GPS or smartphone and the clues to find geocaches.
