The No. 3 Road Bark Park is located just east of the south end of No. 3 Road, along the South Arm of the Fraser River. It’s an informal dogs off-leash area with shared uses such as dogs off-leash, walking, jogging, rolling (wheelchairs and strollers), and cycling. The park site includes gravel trails, benches, picnic tables, shade trees, open lawn, and public art in the form of whimsical dog caricatures.

Potential enhancements to improve safety for the varied site uses is currently being analyzed. Check back here for updates, which will be provided as they are available.

Dogs Off-Leash Area

REMINDER! Pet owners in dogs off-leash areas adhere to the following usage guidelines:

  • Dogs must be kept under control by their owners at all times.
  • Stoop and Scoop: clean up after your dog.
  • Dog owners must carry a leash at all times.
  • All dogs must be currently and visibly licensed.
  • Dog owners must maintain effective verbal control of their dogs and always be able to see their dog when off the leash.
  • Any dog exhibiting aggressive behaviour must be leashed immediately.

  • The unique, whimiscal public art features dog cut-outs that range in size and pose between 3 to 4 ½ feet in height; consists of 4 people figures (2 talking, 1 looking, and 1 jogging); is multicolored, and is made of ½ thick steel with all edges grounded or curved.
