The Gardens Agricultural Park is a 12.2 acre City Wide Park located in East Richmond. The former Fantasy Gardens site was acquired by the City in 2012 for park purposes. Since that time, a number of landscape enhancements have been implemented, including reconstruction of stormwater management ponds at the south end of the site, pathway widening and paving, reclaiming planting areas with native and ornamental species, and the addition of new site furnishings and signage.

The site contains some relics of the former Fantasy Gardens site, including a replica of the 11th century Dutch Coevorden Castle. Originally constructed for Expo 86 in Vancouver, it was later transported to the Fantasy Gardens site and is now home to the Gardens Children's Centre, a child care facility.
