Biography

Adrienne Moore was educated in Northern Ireland where she received her diploma in Art Education from Stranmillis College, Belfast. After emigrating to Canada , she attended U.B.C.to graduate with a B.Ed in Art Education . Adrienne has been involved in a successful teaching career and art education has played an important part. The Federation of Canadian Artists awarded Adrienne Moore signature membership in 1996, Adrienne received recognition also from North West Watercolour Society and achieved her signature letters in 2004. She was nominated for the prestigious Ethel Tebbet’s award in 2005 and again in 2011 . She was finally nominated once again on the 2012 nomination list ,and she received this award for Women of Distinction in the Arts that year. Adrienne Moore was also awarded the City of Richmond Award for Art Education in the City in 2009. Adrienne was invited to exhibit her work in an international exhibition in Taiwan in 2014. In 2015 she was invited to act as a juror for the Art Awards for the City of Richmond. Her work is featured in private collections internationally.
