Biography

Trained as a Landscape Architect, I marvel in the natural world and am always inspired by
nature in how it is adaptive, yet beautiful - sculptural and yet functional. I am an environmental
artist who walks the line between ephemeral art installations, visual art and sculpture. Each
piece delivers an environmental narrative as I seek to engage the viewer by making ‘visible’
those natural processes that are ‘invisible’. My public art is playful with serious overtones that
bring environmental issues to the forefront of consciousness. I like to explore our human
relationship to the natural world through materials and ideas in beautiful ways.
