The 17th annual Richmond Children’s Arts Festival, a celebration of community and cultural harmony, will feature a wide variety of arts activities and entertainment for all ages centred on the theme of “home and belonging.” Highlights will include performances by Tsatsu Stalqayu (Coastal Wolf Pack), Hong De Vancouver Dragon & Lion Dance Team, Axis Theatre and Mdundo Arts, as well as drop-in arts activities, guided exhibition tours and more. The festival celebrates the power of the arts to foster understanding and connection in families and communities across generations and cultures, building community, inspiring curiosity, and exploring through play. Free fall from the drop slide, splash in the spray features, race down the double slide, float through the lazy river.
