12TH Philippine Flag-Raising Ceremony

The 12th Philippine Flag-Raising Ceremony starts with a parade around the plaza followed by the Flag-Raising Ceremony proper. There will be greetings and speeches to open the Programme. There will be cultural presentations of dances and songs. Games open to all ages. Booths of non-profit organizations and businesses. Food sampling of Filipino delicacy.
