Looking for a fun, inspiring night out? Join our Collage Club for Adults—a relaxed, social evening dedicated to art-making in a welcoming environment. No artistic experience required, just bring your imagination!

This month’s prompt is MEMOIR, inspired by the I digress exhibition. We invite you to explore the idea of memoir through both personal and found imagery. Reflect on memories from your own life, pop culture moments, cultural identity or social and political experiences. How might your story take shape through collaged photos, illustrations and text?

The evening begins with a slideshow of contemporary collage artists from around the world, along with quick tips and techniques to spark your creativity. You’ll have access to a wide selection of unique paper ephemera and images, while a curated playlist of memoir-inspired music videos plays in the background to keep the inspiration flowing.

About RAG Collage Club: First Thursday night of the month, February – December

Open studio time led by gallery staff for adult participants to cut and paste with a variety of materials and tools while you chat, listen to music and sip some tea at our Collage Club social. RAG staff will open their vast collection of cool collage materials to lead a hands-on art-making night for adults.
