Celia Leung

Biography

Celia Leung's practice focuses on Chinese painting, calligraphy and stone-seal carving. Art permeates her life, bringing relaxation and conversations. In 2010, she participated in a joint exhibition with her siblings called "Sharpening Artistic and Literary Skills" at UBC. A book of the same title was also published. Since 2003, Celia has been a member of the Chinese Canadian Artists Federation (CCAF). She began teaching her adult painting class at the Chinese Mental Wellness Community Centre in 2016.
