Parking Complaints
Community Bylaws will not accept anonymous complaints. To report an illegally parked vehicle (car, truck, trailer or heavy machinery), please contact a Screening Officer in Community Bylaws and advise them of the vehicle make, model, and licence plate.

During the above days and hours you can speak directly with a Screening Officer to submit a patrol request.

During the above days and hours (including weekends, evenings and most holidays), you can send a patrol request directly to a bylaw officer (be advised that due to volume bylaw officers are unable to reply to emails).

Parking Tickets (Notice of Bylaw Violation)

To dispute a bylaw violation please contact Community Bylaws at 604-276-4345 and provide the Screening Officer with the 8-digit violation number (top of ticket - "V1234567") or the vehicle licence plate number.

Parking Ticket Dispute Process
Most bylaw violations including Parking and Animal Control are vetted through the Provincial Adjudication System (previously handled by the Provincial Courts). To learn more about the adjudication process please refer to Disputing a Ticket.
