Restoring Richmond Plan

To ensure the safety and well being of our community and adhere to provincial and public health guidelines, the City of Richmond has developed a COVID-19 Safety Plan for each community facility.

To further support public safety and reduce the spread of COVID-19, the City of Richmond requires the wearing of masks in all indoor City-operated facilities. For more information visit the Mask Guidelines page.
