Program Registration Help
Important Notice to Swim Parents
Children must have the required pre-requisite in order to successfully register into swim levels. Children can only be registered in a class with a start date that is AFTER the last day of the class they are already registered in. Registrations that contravene this requirement will be cancelled.
- Registrations for the following week's Registered Visits start online and through the Registration Call Centre at noon on the Monday one week prior. For example, Registered Visits occurring during the week of Mon, May 16 to Sun, May 22 are available for registration as of noon on Mon, May 9.
- Choose the BROWSE & REGISTER button above and search Registered Visits by facility.
How to Cancel your Registered Visit
Can’t attend your pre-booked registered visit, court booking or fitness class? No problem. Remember to cancel your visit so someone else can take part. Visit Refunds, Withdrawals and Transfer Guidelines to receive a refund or to withdraw or transfer from other classes or programs.
Arts, Culture & Heritage
Virtual and in-person arts programs for all ages are offered at a variety of Richmond facilities. Find classes by selecting the BROWSE & REGISTER button above and choosing a specific program area and age category. Visit the Arts, Culture & Heritage page to find information on cultural experiences and opportunities, including exhibitions, events and workshops.
Online Programs & Resources
Recreational opportunities include virtual activities that cover physical activity, sports, arts, culture and heritage, in addition to wellness resources for all ages. Visit Richmond Connects for details.
Health & Safety Guidelines
All facilities and programs will meet strict health and safety guidelines as set out by local and provincial health authorities, and activities may be increased or decreased based on demand and public safety.
Note: While masks are no longer required, the wearing of masks is encouraged and appreciated in community and aquatic centres, arenas and ice centres, libraries, cultural and heritage locations, Fire-Rescue facilities and City Hall, as well as the Richmond Olympic Oval.

Call the Registration Call Centre at 604-276-4300, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm to receive a refund or to withdraw or transfer from a class or program.
