Where do I login to the new system?
Click here to Login or Create an Account.
How can I find my password?
If you have forgotten your password or would like to reset your password, select the blue Forgot Password? link on the Login Page.
Will my old account information be transferred over to the new system?
If you have registered for a program or purchased a membership at any Parks, Recreation and Cultural facility in the past two years, your customer account was transferred to the new system.
Can I create my own account online?
You can create your own account online as long as you do not already have an existing account.
What if I don't want to provide an email address?
An e-mail address is only required to register for courses online. For over the phone and in-person registration, an e-mail address is not required.
Why did the program registration system change?
The City’s previous program registration system was being retired by the vendor, so we have moved to a new system. Our new registration system is modern, user-friendly and adaptive.
Why was the new system chosen?
The new system was chosen as it is faster, more powerful, highly personalized and tightly integrated with consumer technology, including mobile phones.
I live outside of Richmond, am I able to register online?
Yes, if you live outside of Richmond but plan on registering for programs in Richmond, we encourage all users to activate their accounts and register for programs online.
What are some of the new system's features?

- Manage your family's schedule with a personalized calendar view of registrations
- Add registered programs to your iOS, Google and Outlook calendars
- Use gift cards and Recreation Fee Subsidy Program allocations for online payment
How will customers’ personal information be secured in the new registration system?
The new program registration system meets the industry standard for encryption and security measures in addition to the City of Richmond’s Protection of Privacy standards around the collection, storage, use and disclosure of personal information. At the same time, we strongly recommend that you choose a strong password and remain diligent about protecting your personal information. Which internet browsers are best when using MyRichmond and the new registration system?
We recommend using Google Chrome (latest version), Mozilla Firefox (latest version) or Mobile Safari 11.0. Find more details here.
Do I still need my Client ID and PIN number?
Client ID and PIN numbers are no longer required to log into the new system, you will only need to use your e-mail address and password to log in.
I'm logged in but I can't see my family members?
When you are logged in, select MY INFO in the top left corner. If you are unable to see your family members it is because:
a) Only the primary contact can view, access and register family members on account for online registration. To confirm who the primary contact is on your account, contact the Registration Call Centre (Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm) or any recreation facility.
b) If you have just created your account, you may not have any family members added yet. Once logged in select MY INFO and add family members.
I don't have a birth date on my account or a birth date is wrong, can I still register online?
Birth dates are required for registration in age-validated programs online. Once a birth date has been entered it can only be updated through the Registration Call Centre or a recreation facility. If you notice a birth date is incorrect on your profile, contact the Registration Call Centre (Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm) to update your birth date information.
What can I do if I am denied access to my account?

How do I search by Course ID?
To search by Course ID, select the Activities tab at the top. Under Keyword, you can Search/Type Course ID here and then press enter.
How do I search by keyword?
To search by keyword, select the Activities tab at the top. Under Keyword, enter the keyword in the search field Search/Type Course ID here. Sections that contain relevant programs will appear as links in the right side display.
How can I see credit on my account?
If you have any questions about a credit on your account, call the Registration Call Centre at 604-276-4300 (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm). Credit on your account may also be viewed online through you MyRichmond account under "My Info".FAQs - MyRichmond
What is MyRichmond?
MyRichmond is the City of Richmond’s online portal granting customers access to a variety of services with a single login, using an email and password. Learn more about additional services here: richmond.ca/myrichmond.
Why do I need a MyRichmond account?
MyRichmond offers a variety of services using a single sign-on portal. One of these services is the new program registration system.
What if I already have a MyRichmond account?
If you already have a MyRichmond account, your information from the previous program registration system was merged with your existing account.FAQs - Recreation Fee Subsidy Program
How is my subsidy applied to my program registration?
If you have subsidy available on your account you will be able to apply it during checkout. If you choose to use your subsidy allocation, the system will apply the maximum amount to your registration and you may complete the payment of the remaining balance using your credit card online. If you have any questions regarding your RFSP and how it is applied during online registration, contact the RFSP office at 604-247-4909 (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm).
How can I view the balance of my subsidy?
To view the balance of your subsidy, log into your program registration account and on the top menu select the tab for MY INFO. Once on the MY INFO tab, select the individual and scroll down to view Subsidy Allocations.
