Building Massing Study for RS Zone Neighbourhoods
Residential MassingAt the Public Hearing on September 8, 2015, Richmond City Council adopted Bylaws 9280 and 9281, which amended Richmond Zoning Bylaw 8500 to include new regulations on Building Massing for single family dwellings.

Richmond City Council considered the proposed Zoning Bylaw amendments at the June 22, 2015 Council meeting and requested that staff undertake additional stakeholder consultation.
Stakeholder Consultation Opportunities
City staff held public consultation meetings on July 8, 2015 (for residents) and September 9, 2015 (for builders). Comment forms were available to participants.
