Volunteer Coaches Needed
All RYBL programs are volunteer driven. Parents, older siblings and youth are encouraged to participate in the league as coaches, assistant coaches or team managers. School-aged volunteers may be able to use their volunteer hours towards community service hours required by their school. The time commitment is two hours per week.
Volunteer coaches will receive support and resources for preparing practice plans, drills and activities. Coaches will also have the opportunity to participate in Basketball BC Coaching clinics to further develop coaching skills.
