- Price: $80/hour (3-7hrs) $500 flat fee (7-10hrs)
- Damage Deposit: $500 (required at the time of booking)
- Provided: Set-up and take-down of the event. A choice of round tables (8 people) or 6 foot rectangular tables (6-8 people), chairs, kitchen access (with limited kitchen utensils). Insurance is required and provided a minimum of two weeks prior to the rental date.

For meetings
- Capacity: 30 people
- Availability: Based on facility schedule
- Price: $30/hour
- Insurance: Not required for meeting rentals unless food is being served.
- Provided: 5' rectangular tables and 30 chairs are provided; renter is required to set up and take down.
Activity Room

- Capacity: 75 people
- Availability: Limited
- Price: $60/hour
- Insurance: Not required for meeting rentals unless food is being served.
- Damage Deposit: $500 (required at the time of booking)
- Provided: 6' rectangular tables and chairs are provided; renter is required to set up and take down. Note: this room has a sink area, but no kitchen.
- Event insurance is required for all parties or special events. Minimum liability is $5,000,000.00 with both the City of Richmond and Thompson Community Association named as additional insured.
- A liquor license is required if liquor is provided or at event. The insurance policy should state Host Liquor Liability and must be obtained in advance (Banquet Hall bookings only).
- A SOCAN or RE-Sound fee will be charged for events that play music. The fee will be based on the maximum capacity of the room.
