Facility RentalsSea Island Community Centre has three rooms on site available for rent.
The Lounge is available for meetings and is set up as a board room with one large table (seats 8-10 people comfortably) with extra chairs available if needed.
Maximum capacity: 14
This room is available for meetings and/or smaller party needs, such as a bridal shower or family gathering. The rental includes the use of a small kitchen (no stove), tables and chairs.
Maximum capacity: 30
The Hall is available for birthday parties, evening receptions and events with rental including the use of tables and chairs. This room is not wheelchair accessible.
Maximum capacity: 60
Hall and Multi-Purpose Room
These two spaces can be booked together if a larger spaces is wanted. The information listed under the Hall also applies.
Maximum capacity: 90 (Hall-60 and Multi-30)
Available: Sunday-Thursday until 10:00 pm, Friday and Saturday until midnight
Damage Deposit: $200.00 (required at time of booking)
Liability insurance is also required. The insurance must be for a minimum of $2,000,000 and the City of Richmond and Sea Island Community Association must be named as additional insured.
If you plan on serving alcohol, your insurance must include host liquor liability insurance and you must purchase a liquor license.
If you plan on playing music or dancing, a SOCAN fee will be added.
