A minimum of two weeks notice is requested for room rental requests as staff may need to be scheduled to open and close the facility for rentals.

Sea Island - Lounge Layout Photos
This room is available for meetings and/or smaller parties such as a bridal shower or family gathering. The rental includes the use of a small kitchen (no stove), tables and chairs.
The Hall is available for birthday parties, evening receptions and events with rentals including the use of tables and chairs. This room is not wheelchair accessible.

Hall and Multipurpose Room
These two spaces can be booked together to form a larger space if required. The information listed under the Hall also applies. Note: The Hall and Multipurpose Room are on different floors of the building.
Maximum capacity: 90 (Hall-60 and Multi-30)
Available: Sun-Thu until 10:00pm, Friday and Saturday until midnight
Damage Deposit: $200.00 (required at time of booking)
Liability insurance is also required. The insurance must be for a minimum of $2,000,000 and the City of Richmond and Sea Island Community Association must be named as additional insured.
To serve alcohol, insurance must include host liquor liability insurance and a liquor licence must be purchased. A SOCAN fee to be added for playing of music and dancing.
