Fitness Centre Now Open
Welcome back! Register for a 75-minute fitness visit. All facilities are operating with increased safety measures and physical distancing in place.
- Pre-registration is required; no drop-ins permitted. Register in advance online or call the Registration Call Centre at 604-276-4300, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
- Register for the following week’s session starting at 10:00am on the Monday prior.
- Regular admission prices apply with payment required at the time of booking.
The fitness centre is a fully-staffed 4,000 square foot with state-of-the-art equipment and machines to help meet all fitness goals.Fitness Centre Hours (registered visits only)
Fitness Centre Fees
City Centre Community Centre offers a number of options for accessing fitness programs, including paying a drop-in fee or purchasing a visit card or fitness centre pass, as well as offering programs for registration. See the Fitness Fee and Schedules section for more information.
PAR-Q+ (The Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire for Everyone)
When you take part in any fitness activity at a City facility you will be asked to either complete a PAR-Q+, read the large poster version of the form, or to confirm you have completed the online version of the questionnaire, or complete and print the form here: PAR-Q Form. This form is designed to identify people for whom a change in physical activity may pose a risk.
