Community programming in the city centre area is offered at City Centre Community Centre - the main business facility - and Lang Centre, the primary satellite location. Community Art Display Opportunity
City Centre Community Centre offers space to select artists to share their work with the community in the building's lower and upper hallways. Submissions can be sent throughout the year with a general call out done each summer.

City Centre Community Association
This Association has been running recreation programs in the Richmond city core since 1993. Programs are offered for ages. The Mission Statement is “To provide inclusive, social, cultural and recreational events, programs and services to build healthy individuals, families and community. The Vision Statement is: City Centre, the heart of Richmond, welcoming, connecting and engaging.
