Children's Parties and Facility Rentals
General Rental Information- Room rental requests must be made two to four weeks in advance.
- Space is not guaranteed until full payment is received.
- Payment must be made upon booking to reserve space.
- Tables and chairs are provided for user to set up and take down.
- Insurance not required for meeting rentals unless food is served.
- Re-sound and SOCAN fees may apply and are based on occupancy.
The rooms are available for rent during opening hours:
Fall, Winter, Spring Hours
Mon-Fri: 6:00am-10:00pm
Sat & Sun: 7:30am-9:00pm
Summer Hours
Mon-Fri: 6:00am-10:00pm
Sat & Sun: 7:30am-7:00pm
Board Room
Maximum capacity: 25 people
Costs: $30/hour + tax
Minimum one hour rental
Front Multipurpose Room
Maximum capacity: 80 people
Costs: 1-49 people $30/hour + tax
50-80 people $50/hour + tax
Minimum one hour rental

Rate: $80/hour (3-7 hrs) $500 flat fee (7-10 hrs) + tax
Available Saturdays until 1:00am (Sundays) and Sundays until 5:00pm
Use of kitchen included in hourly fee.
Maximum capacity: 200 people OR 160 with dancing
Damage Deposit: $500 + tax (required at time of booking)
Clean-up: 1:00-2:00am
Set-up time: Negotiable
*additional event time $50/hour
Special events liability insurance is required. Minimum liability must be $5 million and the City of Richmond and South Arm Community Association must be named as additional insured.
Events with liquor present must also obtain a liquor permit and the insurance policy must state Host Liquor Liability.
Tables/Chairs: Commissionaire oversees and assists with set up of tables and chairs for event. There are 25 round tables that are 60" in diameter (seat 8 people) and three rectangular tables that are 3' x 8'.
