Richmond’s Art at Work Symposium provides artists with career-enhancing opportunity to network and learn

Richmond artists can get practical, inspiring and career-enhancing advice at the upcoming 2016 Art at Work Symposium. The day-long opportunity is for artists of all levels to network and learn about making art their profession and will be held on Sunday, January 31 at the Richmond Cultural Centre.
The event also aims to support the growth and development of the arts and culture sector in Richmond as well as encourage networking and sharing within the arts and culture community.
Art at Work is produced by the City of Richmond in partnership with the Richmond Public Art Program, Richmond Art Gallery and Canadian Artists' Representation/le Front des Artistes Canadiens, British Columbia (CARFAC BC).
Space is limited and all participants must pre-register by January 25, 2016. The fee is $50 for CARFAC or Richmond Art Gallery Association members or $75 for non-members. Lunch will be provided along with take home bag full of useful guides and information for registered participants.
