I’m a lifelong citizen of Richmond, and for 14 years I’ve engaged in Richmond City Council meetings, where I speak out for neighbourhoods and nature.
My three degrees in science and education include a Master’s in Education for Sustainability. For many years, I’ve shared my knowledge as a teacher at McNair Secondary and on the boards of the Richmond Nature Park Society and Garden City Conservation Society. Additionally, I served a 6-year term on the Richmond Health Advisory Committee.
My balanced approach will empower our community. If elected, I’ll strive to get my council colleagues, senior staff, and big developers to join in my vision for a sustainable future.
I take action to protect farmland from mega mansions, in order to ensure food security for generations to come. I will listen to your concerns, and through me you can have a vote on the issues that matter most.
