On Saturday, October 20, 2018, eligible voters in Richmond will be electing a Mayor, eight Councillors, and seven School Trustees. Those elected will serve in office for four years.
The candidate nomination period begins on Tuesday, September 4 at 9:00 a.m. and ends on Friday, September 14, 2018 at 4:00 p.m.
Nomination and Candidate Information Package
The nomination and candidate information package for the offices of Mayor, Councillor, and School Trustee is available below and for pick up in the Elections Office (across from Council Chambers at Richmond City Hall) between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays. Two nominators are required per candidate. No nomination deposit is required.
