TransLink Bus and SkyTrain Services

Routes and Schedules
Many of the TransLink bus services, plus SkyTrains, Expo and Millennium Lines, SeaBus and West Coast Express connect with the new Canada Line rapid transit system that opened August 17, 2009. Existing bus routes have been revised to serve Canada Line stations.

Service Delivery
B Line Bus on 3 RoadTransLink, the Greater Vancouver Transportation Authority, oversees transportation planning, administration of service contracts with subsidiary companies and contractors, the management of capital projects, financial management and planning, public affairs and supporting business functions.

TransLink delivers transportation through the following subsidiary companies: Coast Mountain Bus, SeaBus, SkyTrain, Canada Line and West Coast Express.

Maintenance and improvement of the Major Road Network is done in partnership with the municipalities.

The Coast Mountain Bus Company operate throughout Richmond.

Accessibility
The Canada Line and most buses and bus stops are wheelchair accessible. Phone TransLink for information and trip planning.

Wheelchair accessible transportation can also be arranged through HandyDART with registration required. If you are a visitor to Richmond, transportation can be arranged well in advance of travel. Rapid Transit
The rapid transit system - Canada Line - constructed between Vancouver, Richmond Centre and the Airport in Richmond was completed ahead of schedule for the 2010 Winter Olympics.
