Discover the story of Steveston on a self-guided tour of the Steveston Museum. Reconnect with loved ones across Canada and write them a letter using the typewriter. Mail your letter on site at the Post office and receive one free Canada wide stamp.
Steveston Heritage Experience Tour
Go back in time on an interactive walking tour stopping at four celebrated historic attractions: Britannia Shipyards National Historic Site, the Steveston Tram, Steveston Museum and the Gulf of Georgia Cannery National Historic Site. Hear tales of yesteryear village life as told by a chatty fisherman who seems to have stepped from the streets of 1914 and enjoy carefully chosen food and beverage tastings served at each location. Bus transportation is provided between Britannia Shipyards and Steveston Village and then back to Britannia Shipyards.19+ years only.

Step into the past with historical demonstrations led by heritage interpreters dressed in period costume. Experiences include:
- writing a bank cheque at Steveston Museum using a dip pen and ink
- net mending at Britannia Shipyards, National Historic Site
- talking to the Conductor on the Steveston Tram
- laundry with a scrub board and mangle at London Heritage Farm.

Copies of the Treading Through Time Steveston Village Heritage Walking Map are now available. Pick up a booklet from the Tourism Richmond Visitor Centre located inside the museum or download an electronic copy and start exploring the Village today.
