Biography
Bruce is a glass and mosaic artist born in Vancouver. He has completed numerous Public Art commissions for various municipalities throughout the Lower Mainland and as far away as Winnipeg, Manitoba. His public works can be found throughout Downtown Vancouver, New Westminster, Maple Ridge, North Vancouver, Richmond, Sapperton, and Queesborough.
Bruce has also done community art projects in collaboration with youth and various community groups. He approaches mosaics the same way he would a painting; each piece of cut tile or glass is like a brush stroke, which creates a singular expressive art piece.
Bruce is presently involved in the production of a couple of commissions for the new Evergreen Skytrain Line in Coquitlam, B.C.
