New registration system coming Wednesday, November 6!
The new Parks, Recreation and Culture Program Registration System is modern, user-friendly and adaptive offering the following exciting features:
  • Log in easily with your e-mail address and password
  • Search thousands of programs and events quickly with more search and filter options
  • Manage your family's schedule with a personalized calendar view of registrations
  • Add registered programs to your iOS, Google and Outlook calendars
  • Use gift cards and Recreation Fee Subsidy Program allocations for online payment

Writer in Residence Final Celebration
Writer-in-Residence Final Celebration
November 23 | 2:00-4:00pm
Enjoy a celebratory performance featuring readings by emerging and aspiring writers participating in the 2019 Writer-in-Residence program. This year's workshops are led by 2019 Writer-in-Residence, and internationally recognized poet and writer, Cynthia Sharp. The performance is held at Richmond Cultural Centre followed by a short reception with light refreshments.

Remembrance Day Ceremonies | City Hall
Honour and remember Canadian service personnel who gave their lives in the service of our country on Monday, November 11. Watch the annual parade at 10:20am followed by official ceremonies and wreath-laying at City Hall cenotaph. Reception to be held at City Hall Galleria where guests will be treated to a hot drink and music by Richmond Peace Children’s Choir.
