On June 10, 2002, City Council endorsed the vision, guiding principles and overall strategy as a framework to guide and co-ordinate local efforts to address homelessness in Richmond. The City and local community now need to continue to work together to implement the strategy. Opportunities to partner with public, non profit and private sectors are seen as necessary and integral components of the strategy.
