Watermain Replacement and Median Construction October 24, 2009
20 October 2009The City of Richmond has retained Tyam Construction Ltd. to replace the aging watermain crossing Gilbert Road at Lansdowne Road as part of the Lansdowne Road Construction project. This work will also include new median construction on Gilbert Road.
Hours of work will be 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 24.
A minimum of one traffic lane in each direction will be available at all times on Gilbert Road during construction. Every attempt will be made to minimize disruptions, however traffic delays may occur. The use of an alternate route is strongly encouraged.
Local access to residences and businesses will be maintained at all times. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
