21551 Westminster Highway Watermain Replacement and Road Restortion November 23 - December 23, 2009

The City of Richmond has retained Hexcel Construction Ltd. to replace the aging watermain and complete roadworks along the 21,000 block of Westminster Highway located between Oliver Drive and Dhillon Way in East Richmond.

There will be a complete road closure of this Westminster HIghway section, 24 hours a day/seven days a week, during the construction period.

Construction completion is planned for December 23, 2009.

Every attempt will be made to minimize disruption, however delays may occur.  Access for local residents, schools and businesses is provided via the alternative routing.
