Richmond Intercultural Strategic Plan and Work Program
In February 2012 City Council endorsed a new Intercultural Strategic Plan and Work program for the time period 2012-2015. The plan was developed through extensive consultation and will depend on the collaboration of numerous community stakeholders for its implementation. The Intercultural Vision set out in the 
Strategic Plan and Work Program is for Richmond to become the “most welcoming, inclusive and harmonious community in Canada.”
