Canada Wide Warrant - James Anthony Lee

Richmond RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance is trying to locate a male wanted on a Canada wide warrant for fraud.

In 2003 Richmond RCMP began an investigation into an allegation that 61 year old James Anthony Lee fraudulently obtained over $90,000 from his employer. Lee failed to attend his initial court appearance but was arrested in February 2006 in Surrey on the related warrant. Lee was released with another court date but again failed to show. As a result a Canada wide warrant has been issued for Lee’s arrest.

At the time of the alleged offence Lee was known by another name, Anthony Tennyson Champ. Lee is also known by his birth name, Tin Wing Chan.

Lee is described as a 61 year old Asian male, 5'9" tall, short grey hair with brown eyes and glasses.
