Payment Options

When you receive a City of Richmond Parking Ticket you have two options:

1. Paying the ticket, or
2. Disputing the Ticket in Provincial Court

Four Ways to Pay a City Parking Ticket

  1. Over the telephone using Visa or MasterCard. You will need your ticket number or the licence plate number of the vehicle, and your credit card to complete the transaction. You may call (604) 276-4280 and follow the instructions over the telephone.

  2. In person at Richmond City Hall (6911 No. 3 Road). City Halls hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:15 am to 5:00 pm. You may pay with cash, cheque, money order or by using your Interac card.

  3. Through the website, click on Pay Parking Tickets and follow the prompts.

  4. By mail to Richmond City Hall 6911 No. 3 Road, Richmond, BC V6Y 2C1.

Cheques are payable to the City of Richmond.

Please enclose either the actual ticket, or write the ticket number on the cheque before it is mailed.
