Located in picturesque Minoru Park, next to Minoru Aquatic Centre and across from the Richmond Culture Centre, is Richmond's only Older Adult 55+yrs Community Facility.
Minoru Place Activity Centre boasts a full-service cafeteria, gamesroom, woodworking shop, computer workstations, multi-purpose rooms and casual seating space for reading, cards or socializing.
The Minoru Place Newsletter provides details on programs and services specific to Minoru Place Activity Centre. Come in to the centre and pick up a copy of the newsletter. Minoru Place Activity Centre provides a variety of daytime outtrips by bus, boat or train to special attractions, events and restaurants.
Cafeteria
Operated by the Minoru Seniors Society, the cafeteria provides meal service and snacks at reasonable price. Hot entrees are provided Monday to Friday, 11:30am - 1:00pm and Friday evening at 4:30 - 6:00pm.
