Middle Arm Trail / Shell Road Trail / West Dyke - Route 7
To extend Route No. 6, the Middle Arm Trail / East and Central Richmond Route, and add further exploration to your trip, leave east Richmond via the Shell Road Trail and on-street bike lanes. Travel north along the West Dyke Trail to complete the loop in Terra Nova.
This route adds 5.5 km and 30 minutes of cycling time to Route No. 6.
