Weight Room Orientations
An introduction to the fitness centre with a fitness attendant. Learn how various pieces of equipment work as well as fitness centre etiquette. Recommended for new patrons. Free orientation provided with monthly pass purchase or drop-in. Please book your appointment in advance. Call for an appointment at 604-448-5358.
Youth aged 13-17 are required to complete a parental consent form and a fitness centre orientation prior to use of the fitness centre. 13-14 year olds may be able to use the facility following this orientation if closely supervised by a parent (subject to discretion of trainer who completes their orientation). Youth orientations are free with fitness center drop in.
