This popular fitness centre is part of the Watermania facility and is included in the price of admission. A great deal for those wanting to combine their gym workout with a swim, sauna or maybe a steam bath. Open daily.

Weight Room Orientations
An introduction to the fitness centre with a fitness attendant. Learn how various pieces of equipment work as well as fitness centre etiquette. Recommended for new patrons. Free orientation provided with monthly pass purchase or drop-in. Please book your appointment in advance. Call for an appointment at 604-448-5358.

Youth Orientation
Youth aged 13-17 are required to submit a completed parental consent form and participate in a youth orientation prior to use of the fitness centre. Youth orientations are free with fitness centre drop-in, and can be booked with a fitness centre attendant, or by calling 604-448-5358.

PAR-Q+ (The Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire for Everyone)
When you take part in any fitness activity at a City facility you will be asked to either complete a PAR-Q+, read the large poster version of the form, or to confirm you have completed the online version of the questionnaire. This form is designed to identify people for whom a change in physical activity may pose a risk.
