Richmond Aquatics Fitness Challenge

15th Annual Aquatic Fitness Challenge
Richmond Aquatics Fitness Challenge is an annual event designed to encourage regular physical activity and fun competition through participation in any of the following activities, on an average of 2.5 times weekly over 3 months.

  • Aquasize
  • Cardio training
  • Group Fitness
  • Registered Fitness Programs
  • Swimming
  • Weight training

Registration for the 2012 Aquatics Fitness Challenge is now closed. Over 1,000 people registered in the Challenge this year. We congratulate the 76 keen individuals who completed the Challenge in the shortest time possible – 30 days straight! And, we encourage the rest of the participants to keep up working out.
