The West Richmond Community Centre has multipurpose rooms and a gymnasium available for rent.

Grouse/Seymour/Lions Rooms
Capacity: 30-50 people for a meeting
Availability: during Centre operation hours. Call 604-238-8400 for details.
Price/Damage Deposit: $15/hour for the Grouse or Seymour Rooms, and $25/hour for the Lions Room

Combined Cypress and Lions Rooms
Capacity: maximum capacity 90
Availability: call 604-238-8400 for details
Damage Deposit: $250
Rental fee of $400 for event time 6:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Clean up 1:00 to 2:00 a.m. Set up time is negotiable. 

Gym
Capacity: maximum 175 people
Availability: Saturday and Sunday nights
Damage Deposit: $250
Rental fee of $350 for event time 6:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Clean up 1:00 to 2:00 a.m. Set up time is negotiable.

Multipurpose Room
Capacity: maximum 100 people
Availability: Saturday and Sunday nights
Damage Deposit: $250
Rental fee of $275 for event time 6:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Clean up 1:00 to 2:00 a.m. Set up time is negotiable.

Please note: A SOCAN fee will be charge for events that play music. The fee will be based on the maximum capacity of the room.

Special event liability insurance is required. Minimum liability is $2,000,000 and the City of Richmond and the West Richmond Community Association must be named as additional insured.

If liquor will be available at the event, a liquor permit with the insurance policy stating Host Liquor Liability, must be obtained in advance.

Tables/Chairs: The Commissionaire sets up tables and chairs for events. Available are:
  • 100+ chairs
  • 13 round tables (60cm in diameter)
  • 10 - 3 X 6' tables

Kitchen Facilities: commercial grade appliances
