  • $380.00 plus tax
  • $200.00 damage deposit
  • includes use of the kitchen, tables and chairs
  • liability insurance is required. Minimum liability must be $2,000,000 and the City of Richmond and the Thompson Community Association must be named as additional insured.

Multipurpose Room/Club Room/Thompson Room

  • available for meetings, workshops and training
  • maximum capacity: 20
  • $20.00 per hour plus tax
  • includes tables and chairs

Board Room

  • available for meetings, workshops and training
  • maximum capacity: 30
  • $30.00 per hour plus tax
  • includes tables and chairs

A minimum of two weeks notice is required for new bookings.
